Microstructures and mechanical properties of CrNb, CrNbTi, and CrNbTaTi concentrated refractory alloys

چکیده
The microstructures and mechanical properties in compression (25 °C, 1000 °C 1200 °C) of CrNb, CrNbTi CrNbTaTi are reported. CrNb alloy consisted a Cr2Nb Laves phase matrix Nb-rich BCC precipitates. After additions Ti (CrNbTi alloy) the microstructure inverts to Ti-rich matrix, with precipitates inside phase. Further Ta refined decreased volume fraction particles alloy. exhibited limited ductility at 25 but became very ductile offered highest compressive strength all studied temperatures. had better ductility, suffered from reduction strength.
